MLS Laser Therapy helps to treat musculoskeletal conditions, inflammation and oedema. MLS laser therapy has a cumulative effect which means that with every session it progressively reduces the level of pain. It is recommended to book 2 laser therapy sessions a week. The total number of sessions required would depend on the nature of the complaint, for example, acute injuries would require fewer sessions than chronic conditions. The smallest package consists of 4 sessions and costs £200 for one area and £300 for two areas. You would be advised whether you could book this therapy following an assessment of your condition, these assessments are carried out by a Podiatrist. Remember that laser is cumulative and you’re most likely to see results as you go through your course of treatment. It’s also really important that you stick to any other elements of your treatment plan such as exercises, taping or activity modification etc to allow for the best results possible. SWIFT® verruca therapy ~ £125 per treatment
WHAT IS SWIFT®? Swift is a new technology, developed in the UK, which has been licensed for the general treatment of skin lesions in Podiatry and Dermatology. Swift uses microwave energy which is delivered through a special probe applied to the skin to treat the affected tissue. Treatments are carried out every 4 weeks and for approximately 80% of patients a total of 3-4 treatments will be required. Some verrucae resolve after one treatment and others require three or more treatments. After the third treatment there is a break of 12 weeks, after which a follow-up appointment is scheduled to evaluate progress, if verruca is still present, further treatment sessions may be advised. Some patients will find the level of discomfort acceptable, whereas others will have a lower pain threshold and may not be able to tolerate the treatment, in that case, we would either suggest administering local anaesthesia (extra charge will apply) or reduce the power whilst increasing amount of applications. For further details please book a consultation with a podiatrist. For more information please click MORE INFORMATION ON SWIFT VERRUCA TREATMENT HERE

Unlike some other nail drilling treatments that depend on skills of practitioner operating the drill, the CMP process of the Clearanail® unit is controlled by a computer which withdraws the micro drill as soon as change in density of the toenail is detected by the censor, making the process pain-free. The treatment package includes:

- 2 bottles of topical anti-fungal spray
- 1 bottle of anti-fungal footwear spray
- 1 bottle of antimicrobial spray
- self-care instruction leaflet.
