CONSULTATION WITH PODIATRIST     £40.00

We charge one fee for initial and routine appointments. If you are a new patient, then during the appointment, we would take your medical history, do an assessment, provide our diagnosis, provide treatment (if required) and establish a management plan. Please allow up to 60 minutes as our treatments are thorough. If it has been a while since the last time you saw a Podiatrist (chiropodist) and your condition requires extra treatment time, then we would either book a follow-up appointment or when possible extend your appointment to complete the treatment (extra £10 charge per 15 minutes increment).

TREATMENT BY ASSISTANT OF PODIATRIST     £30.00

If you require toenail trimming, reduction of toenail thickness, removal of hard skin and/or corns, you could see our Foot Health Practitioner. Please allow up to 60 minutes as our treatments are thorough. If it has been a while since the last time you saw a Podiatrist/Chiropodist/FHP and your condition requires extra treatment time, then we would either book a follow-up appointment or when possible extend your appointment to complete the treatment (extra £8 charge per 15 minutes increment).

SHORT APPOINTMENT     £20.00

These appointments are available to patients that have been previously seen by a Podiatrist or FHP. A practitioner would have advised you whether this type of appointment is suitable for your condition, as this is a 30-minute appointment.

Q: Can I select this type of appointment when making an online booking?

A: You can if you have previously been advised by a practitioner. If you have a single lesion (for example 1 corn or 1 verruca) or require a straightforward toenail trimming service (does not include nail thickness reduction/ingrown/involuted toenail treatments).

BIOMECHANICAL ASSESSMENT (INCLUDES FOOTSCAN® DYNAMIC GAIT ANALYSIS)     £80.00

A biomechanical assessment involves an examination of the lower limbs, looking at their structure, alignment, strengths and weaknesses and how this relates to your walking pattern. The assessment looks for any irregularity which may contribute to pain in your feet, limbs and back, or for abnormality which may contribute to callus or corn formation. Our biomechanical assessment includes analysis of your dynamic gait using the Footscan® pressure plate, we are the first podiatry practice in Cambridgeshire to offer the Footscan® technology.

This is a great reliable clinical test, statistically 97% accurate! The test is able to rapidly detect the presence of different types of fungal infections. Your results will be ready in 5 minutes!

WARM PARAFFIN WAX THERAPY     £30.00

Paraffin wax heat therapy increases blood flow, tolerance for pain, relaxes muscles & increases hydration in the skin. Intended to moisturise & soften the skin while providing a therapeutic & healing effect to sore and aching joints. Making it particularly beneficial for those suffering from arthritis & rheumatic pain. Wax application brushes aren’t shared between customers, as new brushes are supplied with each treatment.

This is a combined foot care appointment followed by warm paraffin wax therapy. Please allow up to 90 minutes as our treatments are thorough.

REFLEXOLOGY     £35.00

It is generally recommended that a course of 4-6 weekly treatments is considered, however, the frequency of treatments is up to you and may vary depending on your state of health and long term objectives. Reflexology is a complementary therapy widely accepted in the UK and recognised by the NHS, many GP’s and hospices. It is totally safe for people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, for pregnant women and those undergoing chemotherapy. Whilst reflexology works very well alongside conventional medicine, it should never be used in place of seeking professional medical advice.

FOOT MASSAGE     £29.00

Just like your neck, back, and shoulders, your feet can also benefit from a regular rubdown. Foot massage improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and often eases the pain. It would also give us a chance to inspect your feet and provide professional advice if any other treatment could be recommended.

HOME VISIT BY ASSISTANT OF PODIATRIST (FOOT HEALTH PRACTITIONER)     £30.00
